Stuffing is by far my most favorite Thanksgiving side dish ever, but wrap it in bacon and…there is nothing better! Bacon wrapped stuffing will certainly take the side dish winning trophy!
Bacon Bacon Bacon
Bacon wrapped anything is great! But bacon wrapped stuffing…they’re crazy delicious, fun, super flavorful, sweet and salty all crammed into one amazing bite. Just make your favorite stuffing (mine is a cornbread stuffing, so it’s rather sweet, hence the sweet and salty). Find my favorite traditional stuffing with cornbread recipe here. And if you’re in need of a cornbread recipe, check out my sweet recipe here! Traditional white bread stuffing is tasty too, I have nothing against it, but cornbread stuffing is amazing per my tastebuds! And they always like a tinge of sweetness! I think you would really enjoy it too, but if you’re not into the sweet-ish stuffing scene, you can certainly make your favorite recipe! Just make sure that it can be rolled into a ball and can hold its shape!
Let’s Make Bacon Wrapped Stuffing
To start you will need
- Prepared stuffing (but not cooked)
- Bacon (of course)
- A sheet pan
- A cooling rack that fits into your sheet pan.
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Grab your stuffing and roll it into about 2 – 2 1/2 inch balls.
Step 3: Wrap it in bacon. I laid out the bacon straight and placed the ball in the middle. Pull one side over the bacon. Then turn the ball 90 degrees and wrap the other part over the other way.

Step 4: Place onto the mesh rack inserted into the sheet pan. I like to cook them on a rack so the bottoms aren’t greasy and soggy.
Step 5: Put the pan into the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the bacon is done. They look a little crazy once they’re cooked, but they’re extra yummy!
Step 6: Enjoy immediately with your friends and family!
