What is better then butter? Chocolate compound butter, of course! For those who love chocolate, this is for you. It’s so extra deliciously smooth, creamy, salty, sweet, and so addictive. Put it on a fluffy buttermilk biscuit, on some pancakes, toast or an English muffin. You name it! Whatever it is, it’s sure to make your mouth smile! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I even licked the bowl, but we won’t talk about that.
Compound butter is simply plain butter with added ingredients. It can be sweet or savory and make your meals extra fancy! It just adds that extra pop of flavor and brings it to the next level.
It’s extremely easy to make. Get your mixer out and whip up some butter. Add melted chocolate, mix, and boom, you’re done. Simply use a great tasting high quality butter and your favorite chocolate. It can be milk, dark, semisweet or even white chocolate. It’s that easy for something this amazing. Add some mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar for some added crunch and chocolatey bursts!
Make this and immediately eat, or serve it for a brunch party, you’ll look like such a chef! Save it for a rainy day or when a chocolatey craving hits. Pipe it into cute little rosettes to impress your friends or save for later and eat it all yourself. I won’t tell! Roll it into a log and cut as needed. The possibilities are endless.
You know you want it. Give it a try and let me know what you think. It won’t disappoint!
