Chocolate Compound Butter
A flavorful chocolate butter so smooth and creamy that will complement any bread or biscuit.
- 4 Oz Salted Butter
- 2 Oz Chocolate Use milk, dark, or white chocolate
1. In a mixer with paddle attachment whip butter till smooth and fluffy.
2. Melt chocolate and add to butter. Mix till completely combined.
3. Use immediately or place on piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log twisting ends to seal well. Refrigerate at least an hour before use.
4. Slice into rounds and enjoy.
