Let’s Make Some Peanut Butter Mousse
In a stand mixer with the whip attachment start by creaming the cream cheese. Whip until fluffy and smooth.
Next, add the peanut butter. Once completely incorporated, add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Set aside. In a different bowl whip the cream until light and fluffy. Fold it into the peanut butter mixture slowly not to deflate the cream. Next, enjoy any way you’d like!
- Use room temperature cream cheese. It’ll cream better and won’t leave any lumps.
- Whip the heavy cream until medium peaks form, the cream will hold its shape but slightly fall when you pull the whisk out. Be careful not to over whip.

- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese Room Temperature
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 Oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
With a mixer, cream the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and peanut butter and mix into the cream cheese until completely incorporated. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it’s light, fluffy and medium peaks form.
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Use immediately or refrigerate until needed. Enjoy!
