Two Ingredient Oreo Sheet Cake is crazy! Crazy delicious and crazy easy! The best part, it’s only TWO ingredients! Isn’t that the craziest part? For only being two ingredients, this cake is sweet, fluffy, moist, a little bit chewy and definitely chocolaty Oreo-y! It’s cake edging on the spectrum of brownies, but no matter how you want to classify it, it’s mighty tasty!

Just TWO Ingredients

That’s it! Seriously!!! If you’re thinking how? The Oreos have everything a cake or brownie needs…oil, flour, sugar, and the eggs add leavening and bind everything together. Add a generous amount of icing and you’ve got a perfectly dressed dessert! As for the icing, make your own. American Buttercream is always a solid winner (add some crushed Oreos to compliment the cake), but if you’re seriously crunched for time or don’t want the hassle of making icing, store-bought is just as delicious! I don’t judge! Plus, it makes this one quick dessert!

One package of Oreos and three eggs are the ingredients for this Oreo Sheet cake. On a side note, I’ve found the Double Stuf Oreos work the best. They have just the right amount of oil, to sugar, to flour/cocoa powder ratio. Regular Oreos make it too dry and it just doesn’t turn out as you’d want. To get started, the main tool you need is a food processor! It’s kind of a must to create the finest texture. 

Let’s Start Making Oreo Sheet Cake

Place all the Oreos into the food processor and pulse until it looks like fine sand or flour. No big pieces or chunks or it won’t bake up properly. It might get clumpy because of the icing, but that’s ok. No need to worry. Just jostle them apart.

Add the eggs, stir it up and pour it into a greased pan. You can certainly use the food processor for the egg addition. Just only pulse until the eggs are incorporated. Don’t over mix. That’s it! Amazing right?

I used a pretty small 5×8 inch pan. If you’re looking to serve more, simply double the recipe and a 9×13 inch pan will work great!

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean! Try not to over-bake…ick! 

Cool it completely and generously top with an Oreo icing or any icing you want!

Two Ingredient Oreo Sheet Cake

An all Oreo, two ingredient sheet cake that’s quick, easy and crazy delicious!

Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Double Stuf Oreos 15.32 oz.
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Place all the Oreos in a food processor until they resemble fine sand or flour.

  2. Add the eggs and mix well until fully incorporated into the Oreos.

  3. Pour into a small greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  4. Top with your favorite icing and enjoy!
