Mirror Glaze

Super shiny, glossy glaze for cakes and pastries.

  • 3/4 Oz. Gelatin unflavored powder 3 packets
  • 10 Oz. Water
  • 7 Oz. Sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 Oz. Granulated sugar
  • 11 Oz. White chocolate chips


  1. 1. Add gelatin to half of the water (5oz.) and let it bloom fit about five minutes. 

    2. In a pot, add rest of the water (5 oz.), sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off heat. 

    3. Add bloomed gelatin all at once and whisk until melted into sugar completely. 

    4. Lastly, add white chocolate chips into pot.  Let them sit a moment, then stir until glaze is completely smooth and shiny. 

    5. Color as desired and glaze your cakes! Enjoy.
