Frozen Juice and Whole Fruit Salad Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 fl oz Orange Juice Concentrate Thawed
  • 20 oz Canned Crushed Pineapple Do not drain juice
  • 16 oz Frozen Strawberries Quartered
  • 2 each Whole Bananad Sliced and Quartered

Instructions

  1. Open thawed orange juice concentrate and add to large bowl

  2. Open canned crushed pineapple and add whole can to orange juice concentrate- do not drain pineapple

  3. Take frozen strawberries and quarter them and add to bowl

  4. Take bananas and slice into 1/4 inch pieces then quarter each slice and add to bowl

  5. Mix thoroughly 

  6. Put foil cupcake liners in muffin tin - make sure to take out paper liner if your foil cupcake liners have them

  7. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full

  8. Place in freezer for at least an hour

  9. Take them out 20 minutes prior to eating to soften 

  10. Enjoy!!!
