An almondy twist on the classic no bake cookie
In a medium sauce pot melt the butter over medium high heat.
Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, almond milk and salt. Being to a boil for about one minute.
Add in the almond butter. Stir until completely smooth and incorporated.
Remove from heat and add the oats, slivered almonds and the almond extract. Stir well until it starts to cool.
On a parchment or wax paper lined sheet pan, scoop a tablespoon at a time. Allow to cool completely to set
