Fluffy, silky smooth and extra delicious, this mousse is versatile.
With a mixer, cream the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and peanut butter and mix into the cream cheese until completely incorporated. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it’s light, fluffy and medium peaks form.
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Use immediately or refrigerate until needed. Enjoy!
