Buttery, flaky and chocolaty! The perfect complement to many pie fillings!
In a large bowl or food processor, add the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar and salt. Mix together.
Cut in the butter until the mixture is sand like in texture.
Add the cold water, starting with ¼ cup and adding 1 Tbsp at a time until the dough is not dry yet is not sticky either.
Form into a disk shape and cover in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 min or until needed.
