Keyword chocolate, heart, peanut butter
Prep Time 30 minutes

  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (Crunchy peanut butter is optional)
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Room temperature
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 7 Oz. Dark Chocolate (Milk & White Chocolate are optional)
  • 3 Oz. White Chocolate For decorating
  • Valentine’s Sprinkles

  1. In a medium bowl, add the softened butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients come together.

  3. Dust your work surface with powdered sugar and roll out until 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick.

  4. Cut out heart shapes with a small heart cookie cutter.

  5. Place onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Cover and put them into the freezer for about 30 minutes or until they’re completely frozen.

  6. In the mean time, melt the dark chocolate either over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

  7. Take the peanut butter hearts out of the freezer and cover in chocolate. Use a fork. Lay the heart onto the fork, dip, let the excess drip off and place back onto the sheet pan or use a toothpick. Place the toothpick in the side of the heart, dip, let the excess drip off and place back onto the sheep pan. Immediately remove the toothpick.

  8. Once they’re all coated, place back into the freezer to harden.

  9. Drizzle with white chocolate and immediately garnish with Valentine’s sprinkles.

  10. Enjoy! Or wrap up beautifully for your loved ones!!!
