Truffle Parmesan Tater-Tots


  • 2 cups Tater-Tots
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Truffle Oil To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Pinch of Salt to Taste (Truffle Salt can also be used)
  • Pinch of Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh or Dried Green Onion To Garnish


  1. Cook Tater-Tots according to instructions on packaging

  2. Place cooked Tater-Tots in a medium size bowl and add all ingredients

  3. Drizzle olive oil over tater-tots

  4. Next, drizzle truffle oil over tater-tots

  5. Sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste (truffle salt can be used)

  7. Toss tater-tots to coat each tot evenly - be gentle

  8. Sprinkle fresh or dried green onion to garnish

  9. Enjoy!
