Peanut Butter Balls

Nothing is better than peanut butter and chocolate!

  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (Crunchy PB optional)
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 7 Oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (Milk & White Chocolate Optional)


  1. Cream the butter until light and fluffy.

  2. Add the peanut butter and mix into the butter until fully incorporated.

  3. Mix in the powdered sugar. The mixture will look crumbly, but once pressed together it will hold its shape.

  4. Form into 24 balls (or however large or small you’d like them) and place onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Place into the freezer for about 30 minutes.

  5. While they’re in the freezer, melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second intervals.

  6. Take the peanut butter balls out of the freezer and cover in chocolate using a fork. Immediately dust with sprinkles or stripe with white chocolate (optional).

  7. Lastly, enjoy immensely!
