Fun, boozy, poppable cake balls!
In a large bowl, add the crumbled cake and icing. Mix together until completely incorporated.
Add the rum and mix well. Add more or less depending on the consistency. You’ll want the cake to hold its shape when squeezed together.
Use a cookie scoop to make uniform balls or simply roll into 1 inch balls. Use food safe gloves so they don’t stick to your hands or dust your hands with powdered sugar.
Place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and pop them into the freezer for about half an hour.
Roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder. Your choice!
Cover and keep in the refrigerator for up to three days or enjoy immediately!
