Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


  • 1+ Pumpkins
  • 1 Pinch of Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Take your pumpkin and extract the "guts"

  3. Separate the pumpkin guts from the seeds

  4. Place seeds in a strainer and rinse

  5. Do not dry seeds (this will allow salt or other seasonings to stick) - place seeds on a sheet pan and spread out

  6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt (or desired seasoning) over the top of seeds

  7. Place in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, stir, then let bake 5 more minutes

  8. Enjoy!
