Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Take your pumpkin and extract the "guts"
Separate the pumpkin guts from the seeds
Place seeds in a strainer and rinse
Do not dry seeds (this will allow salt or other seasonings to stick) - place seeds on a sheet pan and spread out
Sprinkle a pinch of salt (or desired seasoning) over the top of seeds
Place in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, stir, then let bake 5 more minutes
