A glaze to make all your pastries gorgeous and shiny.
In a small saucepan, add the apricot preserves and 1 Tablespoon water. Heat until melted and thin in consistency. If it’s still too thick, add a tiny amount of water little by little.
Strain into a bowl to rid the glaze of any large apricot pieces or seeds.
Gently glaze your pastries and fruit tarts with a pastry brush.
