Apricot Fruit Glaze

A glaze to make all your pastries gorgeous and shiny.


  • 1 Cup Apricot Preserves
  • 2-5 Tbsp Water


  1. In a small saucepan, add the apricot preserves and 1 Tablespoon water. Heat until melted and thin in consistency. If it’s still too thick, add a tiny amount of water little by little.

  2. Strain into a bowl to rid the glaze of any large apricot pieces or seeds.

  3. Gently glaze your pastries and fruit tarts with a pastry brush.

  4. Admire and enjoy your creations!
