The Best Brownies

Ooey, gooey, chewy, oh so chocolaty brownies!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter 1 1/2 Sticks
  • 4 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large microwaveable bowl melt the butter.

  2. To the butter add the canola oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Next add the cocoa powder, cornstarch, and flour. Just mix until combined.

  4. Pour the batter into an 8x8 inch pan or for thinner brownies, a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
