Chocolate Ganache

Silky, Smooth, Sweet, chocolaty!

  • 6 oz. Chocolate
  • 3 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream


  1. Place the chocolate into a bowl and set aside.

  2. In a separate microwaveable bowl, heat the cream until it just comes to a boil.

  3. Pour over the chocolate and stir until smooth.

  4. If the chocolate doesn’t melt completely, place into the microwave for 15 second intervals until melted and smooth.
