A savory sweet potato dish great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Take your washed sweet potato and peel it completely
Slice the sweet potato into approximately 1/4" slices
Take each slice and dice them into 1/4" - 1/2" squares
Add the sweet potatoes to a pan with a lid - drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir
Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 20 minutes covered - stirring occasionally
Take of lid, add salt, pepper, granulated garlic and serve warm
Note: If you would like them darker in color and even crispier - leave on the stove uncovered until they reach your desired color - stir occasionally
