Crispy Sweet Potatoes

A savory sweet potato dish great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!


  • 1 Large Sweet Potato
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Granulated Garlic to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil


  1. Take your washed sweet potato and peel it completely

  2. Slice the sweet potato into approximately 1/4" slices

  3. Take each slice and dice them into 1/4" - 1/2" squares

  4. Add the sweet potatoes to a pan with a lid - drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir

  5. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 20 minutes covered - stirring occasionally

  6. Take of lid, add salt, pepper, granulated garlic and serve warm

  7. Note: If you would like them darker in color and even crispier - leave on the stove uncovered until they reach your desired color - stir occasionally

  8. Enjoy!
