Chocolaty, sweet, dense, fudgy-like brownies topped with buttery icing!
In a large microwaveable bowl melt the butter.
To the butter, add the canola oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
Next, add the cocoa powder, cornstarch and flour. Mix just until combined.
Pour the batter into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. The brownies will look a bit underbaked, but that’s what makes them ooey gooey delicious. Enjoy!
