Take Brussel Sprouts and wash them well - dry thoroughly - set aside
Start cooking bacon and cook until your desired doneness
While bacon is cooking, slice bottoms off Brussel Sprouts
Slice Brussel Sprouts into approximately 1/4" slices and place in a large skillet with a lid
Add Olive Oil to skillet and cover - place on medium heat - you'll want to cook covered for at least 20 minutes to soften them up.
Keep covered, but stir every 5 or so minutes to make sure they cook and brown evenly
Take bacon and dice it
Place bacon into Brussel Sprouts and cook 5 additional minutes - add some bacon grease for an extra bacon-y kick if you so desire!
Add granulated garlic, salt to taste and pepper to taste
Serve warm and enjoy!
